Hello all! I will be vacating the blogosphere this week as I trek to my home state of Iowa. (which, despite the sign, has more than manure. I swear.) What awaits me there? My brother and his wife, who welcomed a ginormous baby boy two weeks ago. My other brother, stoked to be an uncle. And my parents, ecstatic at being made grandparents. Good stuff.
But don’t worry. While I gaze lovingly at my smooshy nephew and marvel at the odd genetic stew this kid is inheriting, I’m not leaving you lovely readers empty handed. April 21st, 2008 at 6:06 pm@Sherree - Annuale just cracks me up to no end. Glad you dug it too! And Iowa is tricking. There’s a bunch of “Falls,” “Cedar”s, and more. But yes, Cedar Falls exists and is home to the University of Northern Iowa. Which in no way holds a candle to my alma mater, the University of Iowa
