Weekly Theme: Rebellious Resources
09
June
Welcome to the week, one and all! Hope your weekends were replenishing and debaucherous, as mine most certainly was.
Last week we looked at the idea of going it alone, a necessity and liberating quality for freelancing and creative ventures. So it makes sense to follow that discussion up with a look at the places us independents can go when we need help.
See, the problem of going it alone is not just the fear of solitude but also the very real terror associated with needing help and having no recourse to obtain it. Thankfully in these glory days of the interwebs even us introverts have an unprecedented amount of places to find that assistance we may, on occasion, desperately need.
This being a blog based on the art of rebelliousness, on the idea that freelancing and life can be infinitely improved with a slightly skewed, possibly seditious perspective, I have no intention of offering my dear QRW readers lists of resources you can find anywhere, and leave it at that. My goal this week is to offer you some electronic elysium through conventional freelancing and creative resources, but also to pinpoint some online orgasmic options in the unconventional realm. As you would only expect.
Hope you’ll stay tuned and enjoy.
Curious about whats next here at QRW? In the coming weeks we’ll turn our penetrating gaze upon international clients (why you don’t need to meet clients to have them), fees, the writing process, living with writers, and much more. Stay in the know by signing up for updates via email or RSS!
RANDOM LINK of the day: Holy crap, this looks good. Coen Brothers returning to violent nuttiness. (P.S. - NSFW)

Are we going to be delightfully dazzled by your august alliterations all week? I hope so.
“Electronic elysium” followed by “orgasmic online options” - those are awesomely punchy phrases.
You always inspire me to become a better and more colorful writer. Keep it up, Amy!
